We are here to help you create the wedding that your heart desires.  Every couple is unique! We would like to offer a menu that reflects you and is within your budget. We look forward to helping turn your dreams into reality.  See the information below to help customize a menu for your special day.  

Whether you are looking for buffet style, family style or plated meals, Tastebuds will meet your catering needs. We cater events of all sizes, from small intimate weddings to large gatherings. Sample wedding menus with prices can be found under the Wedding Packages tab.

You can choose any items off the custom catering menu or look at our sample wedding menus.

We are more than happy to do a taste testing for your big day. We enjoy showing what we can do at Tastebuds. We are very hands on and like interacting with you to make sure you are happy and confident in what you will be getting.

There is a fee for taste testing; however, if you book your wedding with us and your guest count is over 50, the taste testing fee will be credited toward your wedding invoice. Taste tests can include either two proteins and two sides, or one protein and three sides, and are picked up from our commercial kitchen. A minimum of two guests is required for all taste tests.

Please contact us at info@tastebudscaribbeanbbq.ca with the following information: Wedding style, menu selection, and an approximate headcount.  We will respond within 24 hours.  

We understand that things can change over time. We will allow for modifications to your menu up to two weeks before your wedding date.

Once you have selected Tastebuds to cater your special day, we will require a 50% deposit to hold the date. The final payment will be due one week before the event.
